The decision is not easy. If you take a closer look, there are perhaps at least 40-50 site builder and AdSense ready templates sites you can chose from. Yet, after some research and testing, there are clearly at least three winners left in the arena and a lot of interesting and useful runner-ups.
In our opinion, the best three programs are (in no particular order): HyperVRE, Keyword Elite and Site Builder Elite.
HyperVRE is one of the most complex tools as far as building web pages is concerned. It combines ad sense, articles, RSS and even affiliate links on pages it builds, and to as many as you prefer. HyperVRE does include a keyword research tool but can't match that of Keyword Elite but importing keywords are allowed. Its site building features however are much better in comparison, although perhaps a little bit too technical for the beginner.
Yet, there is a detailed pf manual provided and the program includes a wizard who guides you to every step. In the paid commercial version you are allowed to use your own site templates to make your site different from others and you can select articles based on various keywords density settings from them.
Keyword Elite excels in particular for its integrated keyword research tools, which are one of the bests in the industry. Combined with the ability to use thousands of keywords as basic for ad sense pages based on your own site templates or a pre-designed ones, Keyword Elite translates the ease of keyword research directly into the page you want - and filled with articles from article directories or your own ones, if you prefer.
It the budget permits it, use keyword elite to research the keywords for your particular niche market or find new potential profitable ones and then import the resulting keywords or keyword phrases directly into the HyperVRE program.
The third program we found to be very interesting is Site Builder Elite. It has a very detailed setup page and provides support for ad sense, Amazon, ModernClick, PeakClick, RSS, articles etc. Site Builder Elite is a very complete program as well and worth to take a look at.
Pages are SEO optimized and you can build virtually hundreds of sites with thousands of comprehensive pages. Interestingly, Site Builder Elite includes a Web 2.0 Video Wall that contains links to videos related to your page's keywords, a feature none of the previous mentioned site builder include nor support. For more flexibility, you can build sites in a Primary Domain, Subdomains or any Subfolders you like.
