It is known that sites who design and especially promote according the recommendations, guidelines and rules of search engines, social sites and advertising firms are following according what is called 'White Hat' techniques.

On the other hand, any attempt to circumstances these rules in order to gain the best ranking in the least of time with often large sites may concentrating on 'Black Hat' strategies.
